  • How do I send my answers to my teacher?
    You can send your answers to your teacher when you create an account. Please refer HERE onhow to email your answers.
  • Are there any fees when I submit my answers to grade?
    No, there will be no charges for online grading by IGBizStudies evaluators. However, free online grading is only for topic past year questions. You would need to schedule an online tutorial should you want clarify your grade or review your paper 2 questions. There may be charges for online tutorials, unless you have subscribed to a plan.
  • Will there be fees charged when I create an account?
    No, there are no charges to create or maintain an account here.
  • How can I delete my account?
    Your account will only be active within 6 months of your last login. Alternatively, you may email igbizstudies@gmail.com or report an issue to have your account deleted.
  • How long will submission answers be available to access?
    Your answers will be available to access as long as your account is active. To keep your account active, you will need to log in within 6 months of your last login. After which, any record of your answers may be deleted.
  • Will I get a refund if my tutor do not come online?
    Yes, you will be given full refund if the tutor does not come online after 10 minutes without any notification. Please ensure that your phone messaging (i.e Whatsapp) is on standby. Please refer to Cancellations and Rescheduling FAQs on refund policies. Refunds are only applicable for tutorial bookings and not subscriptions.
  • How will I get my refund?
    All refunds will be directed to the same account you paid from. I.e if you paid using a PayPal account, refunds will be directed to that paypal account. Refunds are only applicable for tutorial bookings and not subscription
  • What if my tutor reschedule but am not able to agree on a new time?
    In such instances, you may choose another tutor instead, or you may be refunded fully if you are not on a paid plan.
  • How can I cancel my appointment?
    You may cancel your appointment following instructions in your booking email. Cancellation must be done at least 2 days prior from appointment to get a full refund, after which only 90% will be refunded. Cancellation within 1 hour of appointment will not be refunded.
  • Will I get a refund if my tutor cancels my appointment?
    Yes, you will get a full refund. Alternatively, you may choose another tutor as replacement. Refunds from cancellations are not applicable for paid plans but your may reschedule for another tutorial within the paid plan period
  • Will I get a refund if I reschedule the appointment?
    Rescheduling is allowed 2 days before appointment. If a new time cannot be agreed, you will receive a full refund. Rescheduling is allowed 1 hour before appointment by both tutor and student, but all refunds will not be allowed after if rescheduling was done by the student. Rescheduling within 1 hour from appointment will be considered as last minute cancellation by student. There will be no refunds. Refunds from cancellations are not applicable for paid plans but your may reschedule for another tutorial within the plan period
  • Will I get a refund if I cancel my appointment?

    No, you may not reschedule any free sessions or use another email to apply the same coupon again
  • Can I get a refund for my paid plans?
    Unfortunately, all paid plans will not be refunded.
  • Can I upgrade my current plan?
    Yes, you are able to upgrade your plan anytime. The new plan will take effect immediately following the new subscription period.
  • How can I claim my A/A* grade reward?

This is to help us verify your identity before we send you the eGift voucher. You may also require to write a testimonial of our service, and may choose to be included in our honor roll, where you are free to tag or share it in your social media account. :) Congratulations again.
