Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation policy only applies to 1-to-1 online tutorial sessions and NOT webinars or group tutorials. Cancellation must be done at least 2 days prior to appointment to get a full refund, after which only 90% will be refunded. Cancellation within 1 hour of appointment will not be refunded. Rescheduling is allowed 1 hour before appointment by both tutor and student, but all refunds will not be allowed after if rescheduling was done by the student. Rescheduling within 1 hour from appointment will be considered as cancellation by student. Please refer to FAQs (igbizstudies.com/faqs) for further information or drop us a message. Session will end if the student does not show up or contact tutor within 15 minutes after start time.
